Return & Refund Policy

✅ We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy on most products. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
  • Item is not listed under non-returnable categories (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Digital products and software licenses
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders
  2. Select the order and the item you want to return
  3. Choose a return reason and upload images if the item is damaged
  4. Submit the return request
  5. Our team will review and approve/reject within 24 hours
  6. Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 2 business days

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for size or colour variants of the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and select "Exchange" as the resolution type.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free pickup and replacement or full refund at our discretion.
